🏛 Our Mission

Capital Intelligence
Should Be Sovereign

The SEOSiri CapEx Engine was built on a single conviction: every finance team — not just those with seven-figure ERP licences — deserves institutional-grade capital expenditure analysis. Private, precise, and free to run.

CFO-Grade CapEx Analysis Was Locked Behind Paywalls

Before this engine existed, running a rigorous NPV/IRR analysis on a capital project meant one of three things: an expensive Bloomberg terminal, a Big Four consulting engagement, or a fragile spreadsheet that breaks the moment a colleague opens it.

None of those options respect the privacy of your financial data. They require uploading your most sensitive asset valuations, WACC assumptions, and cash flow projections to servers you do not control.

The SEOSiri CapEx Engine changes that. It runs the exact same mathematics — NPV via Discounted Cash Flow, IRR via the Secant Method, depreciation via IAS 16 / ASC 360 — entirely inside your browser. Your numbers never leave your device unless you choose to send them.

Four Principles That Guide Every Decision

🔒
Sovereignty First
Your financial data belongs to you. Every calculation runs locally. The backend is optional, cosmetic, and auditable. We will never monetise your inputs.
📐
Institutional Precision
The Secant Method for IRR. IAS 16 for CapEx. TCFD shadow rates for ESG. The same standards used by Bloomberg, CFA Institute, and Big Four advisory firms.
🌍
Global by Design
IFRS, US GAAP, AASB, Ind AS. USD, EUR, BDT, GBP, JPY. APAC, EMEA, AMER, SAARC. Built for multinational treasury teams from day one.
Human First
No setup. No account. No manual to read before you can use it. Enter your numbers, click Execute, get your results. Complexity lives in the engine, not the interface.

SEO Strategist & Financial Systems Architect

Momenul Ahmad is an SEO specialist and financial systems architect at seosiri.com. He built the SEOSiri CapEx Engine because he kept seeing finance teams make capital decisions using broken spreadsheets and expensive consultants — when the mathematics required is well-defined, open, and perfectly executable in a browser.

He architected the entire system — financial math engine, UI, IFRS compliance layer, ERP sync bridge, ESG model, and governance framework — as a sovereign, client-side platform that respects user privacy by design.

How the Engine Works

The SEOSiri CapEx Engine is a zero-dependency, browser-native financial computation platform. There is no framework, no npm bundle, no build step. Every module is a plain JavaScript IIFE that injects its functionality into the page — making the entire system deployable as a simple static file upload to Cloudflare Pages.

Vanilla JavaScript CSS Custom Properties localStorage Persistence FastAPI Backend (Optional) Pydantic v2 Validation Cloudflare Pages CDN GitHub Actions CI/CD

The optional backend (api.seosiri.com) is a Python FastAPI service that provides server-side audit stamping and governance metadata — it is called silently after client-side results render and never blocks execution. The frontend works perfectly with it offline.

Financial math precision: NPV and depreciation use standard floating-point arithmetic. IRR uses the Secant Method with 2,000 iteration cap and 1×10⁻⁹ convergence tolerance — the same approach used in financial calculators that must pass CFA Institute accuracy standards.
